We’re pleased to introduce you to our powerful new Wisconsin Auto product, 8.0! Plus, we’re reducing overall rates by 2.49 percent.

With better rates for your customers — especially standard and preferred customers — and more stable rates over time, 8.0 is designed to help your agency both attract and retain more business*.

Rate Stability
We’re making some product changes to give your customers what they say they want—more rate stability over time. When we make changes to the way we calculate rates for customers, instead of applying all of the changes to the policy when it renews, we’ll apply the change more gradually over several renewals. 

Save money with lower rates at new business

  • Better rates and bigger discounts – Auto customers who own homes, choose full coverage, have multiple cars, quote in advance, or choose to pay-in-full at inception or use an EFT bill plan will save money.
  • Education in Rating – New! Lower rates for customers based on their education levels including: high school diploma, vocational/trade certificates (including military training), college degrees or those pursuing a college degree.
  • Good Student Discount – New! This discount is for youthful drivers who are on their parents’ policy and they maintain a 3.0 grade point average or who meets some scholastic ranking criteria.
  • Continuous Insurance Discount – New Level! This discount is for customers who have tenure with their prior carrier: The discount increases with tenure.
  • Minor Child Discount – Customers with one or more years of prior insurance now qualify for the Minor Child Discount at New Business.
  • Violation Leniency – Preferred customers who get their first speed or minor violation with us will get a much smaller point surcharge and will not lose their Three Year Safe Driver Discount.
  • Coverages/Limits – adding 500/500/250 BI/PD limit combination, $2000 Deductible option for comprehensive and collision, $0 glass option with all deductibles, and $50 /day Rental Car option.
  • Residency Rewards – Lower rates for customers without Proof of Prior who have lived at the same residence for a year or more.
  • Paperless Discount – Customers who choose to receive bills and policy documents electronically save money as well as the environment.
  • Multi Policy Discount – for Auto customers who purchase a Motorcycle, Boat, RV or Commercial Auto policy or a Progressive Personal Umbrella policy.
